Yeah, blow dry it from all directions (mostly upside down) so it can confuse the roots.
Add a moose or a volumizer.
Style it however you want:) tease.
If you want the choppy look or pointy ends add something like a wax to the tips of your hair.

blow dry it upside down for more volume and your bangs you need to blow out on a round brush then straighten and tease. look up videos on youtube they help a lot
