It depends if you mean trendy or chic.
Chic--Many models now have long hair with long, long center bangs, like EXTREMELY long hair. Or else they have extremely short hair. Fashion is all about extremes. Most models are either extremely pale, extremely dark or extremely golden; extremely tall (sample size models) or extremely short (petites models); have extremely big or small features; etcetera. So either very long or very short hair, like a choppy cropped bob with long center bangs, would be chic.
Trendy--Trendy, meaning the trends of EVERYDAY people, not high high fashion, it would probably be more trendy to have it long. Side bangs are 'trendy' now too, and surfer girl blonde hair, or chocolate brown, etcetera.Is it trendier to cut your hair short or grow it out long?
it really depends on the texture of your hair, if your hair is curly or kinky -like then a short cut wouldn't be the best. but if you have silky straight hair i short cut would definitely be right ';up your alley';. Shorter cuts and crops are very bold and bring out your facial features. The shape of your face also has to do with it, for example if you have a fatter, round face a short cut may not be or you, but if you have a heart shape face or oval face with a sharp chin then go for it! Is it trendier to cut your hair short or grow it out long?
i prefer long hair over short hair anyday.. except in the case of Rihanna. but long hair is soo much better. IF you have silky long hair, that has a shine to t, and is anything but plain straight.
