I'm a dude and I'm not too fond of my natural hair and I want to get hair extensions; preferably dreads (ones that go down to maybe my chin - if that).
So how long does my hair have to be? Is 2'; okay to tie them in?

I should mention that I'm only getting them on the top of my head. I'm 6' 4,'; so covering them up completely shouldn't be that big of a deal.
Its generally recommended that hair is 6 inches long to hide the bonds...you might be able to hide them ok at 3 inches tho. Its too short right now
