Thats how it was when I was young. My hair was really long, then I remember pouting in the basement and then my mother eventually got it cut...Ive gotten it cut short about three times since then, and let me tell you, Ive hated all the haircuts. Im currently waiting for it to grow back out long.
Its your hair and your look, so you should deffiantly beable to decide how you want it cut.
However, are you really really sure that you would like the way you look with short hair?
If you are, then jsut go to the salon one day without them and get it cut. Theres nothing they can do about it then. and if you get in trouble, then thats just insane..I want to cut mi hair but mi parents won't let me.wat should i do?they like long hair but i like short hair
Well, how old are you? Fortunatily we live in America where you have freedoms to pretty much do what you want. If you are close to 18 then you can do whatever you feel like doing reguardless of their approval or denail. Mabye try to find a middle ground with your parents. If they dont want to meet in the middle then just cut it. BUT...you risk some form of punishment. So....pretty much the choice is your.

If u want to cut your hair u should surely cut them.Afterall they r ur hair not ur parent's hair.And u r not doing anything wrong only cutting ur hair.

go for a chopped look, where you take off like half inch with a razor blade, looks jagged!
ask them if you can get some cute layers. That way it will be 1/2 and 1/2, and adorably cute!!
