Their hair grows quick as puppies. At least three fourths of an inch a month if not more depending on his age. They are a high maintenance breed %26amp; you must brush %26amp; comb out thoroughly %26amp; take for regular grooming appts. It will take a good 4 weeks to her coat back.Did they cut her tail and ears.Did you ask them to do a puppy cut or did they do it on their own.But it will take a while to get a good coat back.Good Luck.
DO NOT WORRY WILL START TO GROW BACK WITHIN A MONTH OR LESS! NOTE: THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN OVER NIGHT WILL TAKE A FEW WEEKS IF NOT LONGER. UR PUP WILL LOOK PRETTY AGAIN MAKE SURE NEXT U TAKE HER TO THE GROOMERS TELL THEM WHAT HAPPENED LAST TIME AND HOPEFULLY THEY WILL FIX IT.IF NOT TRY A DIFFERNT GROMMER OR POSSILBY A LOCAL VET THEY KNOW THERE STUFF.

next time tell her how much length you want off
maybe she had to do a strip down due to matting
