Longer hair is pretty 'in' right now.
I always liked longer hair.
But may I suggest that if you do cut for a shorter length, you go a little at a time. If you cut your hair to only 4 inches long, it would be a real shock, you may hate it, %26amp; it could take a year or more to grow back...all the while you are regretting cutting so much off.
