Take control of your daughter! She shouldn't be disobeying you! Tell her she must get her hair cut and if she still refuses take scissors and cut it EXTREMELY short. Hope I helped!I want to cut my 13 year old daughters reaaly long hair very short?

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! omg she will kill you trust me my mom did that to me and its 4 years later and im still tryen to grow my hair out and its barely to my shoulders and its a lot darker because when you cut ur hair short it grows out darker

dont cut it yourself. dont give her a buzz cut or anything else. sit her down and tell her she has a choice. she can go to the barber shop and get it cut how she wants it. or you'll force her to cut it and it'll look awful. show her pictures off the internet of what her hair could look like, go to sites and type in her hair color and face shape, there are tones, and they'll give you every style you could imagine.
if you cut it yourself or trick her you wont establish trust with your daughter, and the next time she needs it cut it will be even harder, not only will she b older, but she'll know what to expect, if you give her a choice, and let her pick how she wants it, not only will she trust you. but she will know next time that there isnt anything to worry about.
when i was 13 i hated getting my hair cut and my mom had the same problem, finally i realized how bad it looked and how horrible it felt and i asked to get it cut. If none of te above works, prov to your daughter how bad her hair really is. drop the subject for a few weeks and then sit her down and tell her its awful and its bugging you. maybe she secretly wants it cut, but she knows that she'd be giving in if she got it cut. if you drop it for awhile maybe she'll ask for it to be cut.

Doing it against your daughters will is a cruel thing to do. Especially if you want to cut it so short. That is hardly fair to her.
I cannot believe you! I have an 11 year old daughter and I would never do that to her. Maybe she doesn't want to get it cut because you want to cut it so short. you need to find a medium ground here. You are her parent that is true and so you have the last word but.. she is 13 to a point she should have some say how she has to wear her hair.. i would say just tell her look.. It isn't working having your hair this long. I understand you not wanting it short (LIKE A BOY) so I will allow you to keep it long but you are going to have to take some off. middle of the back or maybe bra line should be a nice place to meet in the middle. she could be coloring it with cool aide (i have seen it ) so since she is respecting you give her a little bit to... meet in the middle on this one.. have you ever seen that movie Mommy dearest??? OMG that was a move about a horrible mother and she did that to her daughter.. people still talk about what a horrible mom she was... dont do that and don't cut her hair yourself.. give her the respect of a proper haircut in a proper salon.. if you don't teach her now how to take care of herself she will never know how. Young ladies get their haircut at the salon not at home in the bathroom with kitchen shears.
If you cut it in her sleep I can promise you she wont speak to you for years.
Don't go for a boy cut. She'll hate it.
You need to gradually cut her hair. Maybe an inch a month?
Or try telling her about Locks of Love, it's where you cut off 6 or more inches of hair and donate it to a organazation that makes wigs for people who have cancer.
