I suggest changing your shampoo and conditioner. Every time I want a change it's because I'm having some bad hair days.
1) Change your products.
2) Wait two weeks.
3) Find some really good pics of models/actresses with long hair.

ok its hElp and not hAlp. and i totally agree with awesum. get a medium hair cut with fringes or layers. try out the feather cut.its pretty cool and looks good on almost every1.
