Some people say that cut your hair short and some say you have got nice so grow them longer..I am confused

i think the way it is looks ok...but i don't think it would look too bad if you got it short and got spikes in the front...maybe...lol
I think it looks nice just the way it is :-)
However if you were to go one way or the other...I'd say go longer not shorter...
