Some people say that cut your hair short and some say you have got nice so grow them longer..I am confused

Most definitely long. It looks great slightly long but grow it longer and it will truly look fantastic.
grow it long. short it would just look weird. also in the front of your hair, straighten it cause it looks weird curly.
