My hair was down to about my elbows and i cut it to just below my shoulders and it hasnt grown since and i want it long again now :(I cut my hair shorter over a year ago and it hasnt grown since, why is this and how can i get it 2 grow longer?
If you aren't trimming it regularly and or styling it dayily using heat appliances it won't grow. You need to make sure youget a trim every 6 weeks I think and deep condition once or twice a week. Lay off the blow dryers and straighteners and let yor hair be natural. If you must use styling tools try using a type of heat protecting spray and serum (silicon bases) to avoid damage. One more thing, when you are washing your hair ( which shouldn't be everyday) make sure you massage your scalp to stimulate hair growth.
