your hair might be too thin for layers if its like that.. i say get layers with the longest just under you shoulders and if you dont like it, even it out to the shortest layer. thinning hair out makes it frizzy.I have fairly long but i want to get it cut quite a bit shorter but will my hair just frizz up?
