Well for one try using Mane N' Tail Horse Shampoo. I use it all the time and it makes your hair grow faster. You can find it at walmart in the pet section. also you should drink plenty of water to condition your hair and when shampooing and conditioning you should use cold or
luke warm water on your hair so it won't damage it. Even hot water hurts your hair.

I don't think its possible to grow it in a week but you should try a pantene product . I forgot what the name of it was(sorry) but it helps grow hairy really fast . The shampoo cap is purple:) .
You can't really do much... eat a lot of fiber and get a lot of sleep is about the most you can do, but that still won't have great results.
You've just cut your hair, you'll probably get used to it and feel more comfortable about it by next week

the only way you can make your hair grow faster is to massage your head (scalp) every night for about 10 mins... thats what my hairstylist told me. but even then you wont get it noticeably longer in one week :(
braid your hair, it makes it grow faster. I don't know about one week, kind of impossible to get an inch or so in a week....
you have to WANT to make your hair grow
if i were you i would go buy a few clip in extentions put them in you hair and im sure no one at the party will even notice. plus with extentions you can always cut your hair without having to wory about when it will grow back.
