Okay, so right now my hair is about an inch away from reaching the very bottom of my back. I almost have my mom convinced that I should get it cut (split ends, hot weather, ect :P). Her argument is that short hair makes your face look fat, but this is my face:

Well, you have a very long hair! well am in the first picture you kinda looked like hayden panettiere, and if you want your hair shorter, i dont think that your face would look fat at all, well first, i think you should cut bangs, maybe like this:

The hair is short, it has some layers, and having the bang its just looks AMAZING! but if you dont want your hair that short you could do like the same hairstyle but a bit longer like maybe like 3 inches below your sholder, but personally i think that hairstyle with the same size would look great, and you can just print that pic and give it to the salon.
another thing you could do is cut like about 4-5 inches of your hair, have side bangs like the ones above, or similar, and get lots of layers, since your hair will still be long after you cut 4-5 inches you could do like 4 layers or something like thats, i think it would look good, and you can even cut your hair shorter! well GOOD LUCK!How should I cut my hair? Ya you'll look fat if you cut your hair too short because your already chubby right, so cut your hair below your shoulders and get layers you'll look good, but remember don't cut it too short, or go on google images and see some hair syles that you'll like

Sounds like you have let it grow too long. I think you should cut it. Have it cut just above the shoulders with lots of layers and bangs. You will be glad you did it.
