I like the color, maybe get it layered. Start the layers up about your eyebrows. You could get som light brown highlights. It would be really pretty. Your pretty already,just giving you suggestion if you want to spruce things up a bit.Should i cut my hair shorter or go longer?
Cut your hair shorter because it will frame your face more and give it more volume. My daughters face is alot like yours and she did a bob cut w/lots of layers in the back and a bit longer around the cheeks and it flattered her face more and gave her bounce. I think you will be great that way and cute!!
If you color it, only do highlights around face part
i think your gorgeous! no homo. maybe some very suddle high lights and some layers. my brother has a friend that looks EXACTLY like you (yes its a girl). thats freaky. but i doubt it is you. but get some layers and maybe dye it darker. but i think it is a good length. do you ride horses? cuz my bros friend does.
No that's a good style for you. However, I would invest in some product that gives a little volume and shine. Some highlights would be fine but don't change the color it's good on you. And remember beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

i would say go shorter maybe get a bob. and possibly go for a lighter color. you are beautiful any haircut/color would look amazing on you.
