Does your hair have to be thick to get the ';short layers on the top and long at the bottom'; cut ?

i am getting my hair cut tommorow and i don't know what style i want.


i was thinking of getting the hairstyle where there are short layers on the top and bits of long hair at the bottom. i have an oval face...


do i need thick hair?


can you reccomend more hairstyles that would suite my face shape?

i had that haircut, and i have thin hair.


it looked nice, when it was in style.





now i would never cut it like that.


i have it that way, but the top layer is a little under my ear,


you will regret the short short layers on top,


just cut the first layer like to your ears, then the middle a little closer to that one,


and the last layer don't cut it/
