the easiest way to get your hair cut like that is to, when you go to get it cut, put it in a ponytail (low) and then cut it. you could also try looking for a picture of Rihanna with short hair (she has/had that style). and there is a good site called thehairstyler.com and you can find out if that hair style is right for you! click on the free hair consultation button.
