I think that that is your maxium hair length you should keep. You can keep it but don't let it grow any longer or else it looks like you don't take care of yourself! I suggest keeping as it is because it keeps you looking nice but also gives a tad of I'm ready for anything kind of look.

i think you should go for a shorter cut... it would draw more attention to your pretty face. drastic changes are the best kind
