since I went against what he wants, he will grow his hair since he knows that I want his hair tidy and neat. I want him to be presentable and not because that makes me happy but for his own good. please tell me why he thinks and acts that way. i do not get it.I cut my hair short and when I did that my husband grew his hair long. why is he that way?
Sorry, can't sympathize. I've always found guys with long hair to be ten times more attractive than otherwise. And it doesn't always have anything to do with being ';tidy or presentable..'; my man is well-groomed and has a very professional appearance. He has a great job as a computer systems administrator, and there are other long-haired guys that he works with. You can find that in almost every field nowadays. Get your a*ss out of the 40's and stop being so judgmental.

I fully understand why your husband is upset. Long hair revs his libido. You probably knew this, and cut away your sensuous locks anyway, possibly at the behest of other women's comments, or to conform to some proper corporate image. Sorry, he now has every right to do as he pleases. I hope, for his sake, that you grow yours back. What's wrong with a woman pleasing her guy, and vice versa?

also as an aside why would you cut your hair short if you knew he liked it long? why would you ever do anything to make yourself less attractive to your husband? that is no-logic right there.
I find it super sexy running my fingers through my bf's lovely long hair. I luv long hair on men %26amp; I HATE short hair on girls. It just doesn't look right to me, a girl is so much more sexy with hair flowing down her back. Maybe your hubby misses that %26amp; that's why he's growing his hair long!
So, I say if you want your hubby to get his hair cut, you better let yours grow out again!
Do you make him stand in the corner when he does not eat all his vegetables too? Do you dress him in his little jumper and sit him in front of cartoons on tv? He is not a child dear. He can wear his hair the way he wants. Personally. I LOVE longer hair on a man. Many women do....even employers
You say you want him to presentable for his own good. What is so bad about long hair. You don't want him to react to your short hair, why are you reacting to his long hair.
short hair isn't attractive. But its bigger than that. Women usually chop off their hair and gain weight as soon as they get the guy locked into the marriage contract. Then the guy feels duped, as he should. This isn't what he signed on for.
You should have asked him first before cutting your hair.

maybe he is getting back at you for cutting your long hair. some men has a difficult time with that for some reason.
