I'm 13, I have an oval shaped face, and I'm light-skinned.
I have hair up to about 4 inches below my shoulders right now, and was wondering if to get layers and keep it long or cut it to shoulder lenght?
What would be the best option?
My hair is wavy, a bit frizzy and dry but not too much, and it's brown.
I really like these two haircuts, please help me decide.
And if you have past experience with hair like this please include it!
