It depends on your face shape, age, etc. Generally speaking, the younger you are, the more likely you can pull off super-long. The face tends to grow slightly longer (bone structure) over time, so long hair will drag down a long face, or a face that looks drawn or tired. Personally, i love semi-short hair with highlights - it's modern, up-to-date, and more face shapes (especially those with asymmetric or irregular features) work well with it.
