well since you want it long AND short, how about start with a long style (since it already is long), but then if it doesn't work out like you wanted you could always cut it to the nicole richie style? as for the long hair, i think the miley cyrus one would suit you better because the other cut is really not much of a cut- it's more like just a hairdo. if you get the miley cut, you could always keep it straight and messy like that last style, but the bangs would give it a little more visual interest. hope i helped!

hmm well i was in the same situation a while ago and i decided to cut my hair short and now whenever i feel like adding length and making it long again i just add some clip in extensions, they look completely real and it means that you can change the length of your hair whenever you feel like it
