Take hair skin and nail vitamins and exercise. Use a good conditioner.
just massage the scalp everyday do exercise and keep it healthy so the ends dont break :)
This works a whole lot for me but maybe not for some. Lotion your hair and give it good nutrients. It Will grow faster!!!
